It’s like going back in time… What precious or semi-precious stones will you find? Place your mining rough in the screen boxes and swish it in the running waterfall. As you wash away the soil your gems start to appear. Compare your precious stones with the gemstone mining chart. You get a gemstone postcard and keeper bag to take your gemstones home with you.
Then you can relive your fun of prospecting with your family and friends and show them your gemstone treasures!
This is an optional activity at Bi-Water Farm and is open on weekends during AutumnFestsm.
