Bi-Water Farm & Greenhouse LLC. is not responsible for injuries. There are inherent risks of using playground equipment and/or inflatable activities, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, or breaks.

By completing this purchase and/or entering the premises of Bi-Water Farm & Greenhouse LLC (d/b/a Bi-Water Farm & Greenhouse), you, on behalf of yourself, your guests, any individuals receiving admissions, season passes, or gifts from you relating to Bi-Water Farm, and all respective family members, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby acknowledge and accept that participation in activities at Bi-Water farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.
In consideration of being permitted to visit and participate in any activity at Bi-Water Farm, you voluntarily agree to assume all such risks and do hereby fully and forever release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Bi-Water Farm & Greenhouse LLC, it’s owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, vendors, representatives, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipayed, arising out of or related in any way to your visit or participation, including claims based on negligence or the acts of omissions of any of the Released Parties.
This release of liability applies to all current and future claims and is binding upon you and all others listed above. Entry to the premises constitutes agreement to these terms by all people in your party, regardless of whether they personally completed the purchase transaction.
